• We offer white glove delivery service option for most orders within the continental US, Canada and European Union on select items for additional fees.  Contact us for availability and if need for a such service is required.

• Standard shipping times: Accessories ship within 15 days; custom/special orders ship within 4–16 weeks (estimated lead time provided at order).

• Orders over $5,000 include complimentary curbside shipping/delivery and insurance. Customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties, taxes, VAT, tariff, and import fees in regions OUTSIDE of US, Canada, and European Union.

• All shipments are insured; you must inspect and sign for goods at delivery. Report damages within 48 hours.

• We ship worldwide except where restricted by law or logistics. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for options.

DELIVERY ACCESS & LIMITATIONS
- Curbside delivery means delivery to building entrance, loading dock, or driveway
- Customer must have adequate personnel to receive items

For White Glove Delivery Service (additional Fee):
- Includes inside delivery to room of choice (ground floor or elevator access)
- Does not include assembly unless specified
- Cannot accommodate hoisting, crane service, or window removal
- If access issues prevent delivery, curbside terms apply

MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Customer must measure all doorways, elevators, stairwells BEFORE ordering
- We recommend adding 2" clearance to all furniture dimensions
- Items that cannot fit are still customer's responsibility

DELIVERY SCHEDULING
- We will contact you to schedule delivery when items arrive at local depot
- You must be available within provided delivery windows
- Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees
