- Custom, made to order and Special Orders: Custom and made to order/special-order furniture is final sale and non-returnable, except in cases of verified manufacturer defect or transit damage. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us and the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement or refund will be offered upon receipt and inspection of the damaged goods.
Please keep all packaging and boxes, as photos may be required for the insurance and shipping company.
Accessories and non-custom items (excluding clearance or final sales items) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply to these returns which will be confirmed during the return authorization process.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts, third-party wallets, gift cards, or via cash transfer.- Refunds apply only to the purchase price actually charged by us. Taxes (including VAT, GST/HST, or sales tax) that were not collected by us at checkout, as well as any import duties, customs clearance charges, or brokerage fees paid directly to carriers or government authorities, are non-refundable.
*Abandoned Custom Orders: For custom/made to order/special orders that have been completed but not claimed:
- We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery
- You must respond within 14 days to schedule delivery
- After 30 days, storage fees of $100/month apply
- After 60 days, we send a final notice via certified mail
- Orders unclaimed after 90 days are considered abandoned and may be resold to recover the costs
- Financial resolution for abandoned orders: If you paid 100%, any refund equals resale price minus storage fees and 15% remarketing costs. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Customer Obligations: You must maintain current contact information and respond to delivery notifications promptly. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or outdated contact information.
